Election Readiness: Your Association and You

ree

Fellow members and supporters, we share a common belief. We see the path our country is on, and we are united by a desire to see it change for the better. We are drawn together by the core principles of freedom, responsibility, fairness, and respect.

This shared vision is what created our movement, but a vision only becomes reality when we build a strong foundation to support it. That foundation, in our community, is our Electoral District Association - our local EDA.

While the election campaign itself is a fast-paced sprint, the preparation for it is a long-distance effort. That year-round work, the true engine of our party at the local level, happens within your EDA. This is the organisational hub where members like you come together to plan, prepare, and build the momentum we need to be successful. The EDA is the team that keeps the lights on between elections and builds the launchpad for our future candidates.

An election isn't won by one person. It's won by a dedicated community. Your local EDA is that community in action. It’s the group that

  • organises local events

  • develop member relationships

  • raises the funds needed to have a strong presence.

It’s where the strategy for your town is developed.

To make a real impact, your EDA needs your skills and your passion. Participating isn't complicated. It means getting to know your local association board and attending local meetings to share your ideas. It's volunteering to help with logistics, making calls to other members, or helping to organise a community barbecue or town hall. It’s helping to find and train a team of volunteers well before the election is ever called. This is the essential, rewarding work that builds a strong, resilient, and effective local party.

Don’t wait for someone else to step up. The strength of our party is not measured in Ottawa; it’s measured by the strength of our local associations. We have the right ideas for Canada, but we need organised, local teams to share them.

We urge you: find and contact your local PPC Electoral District Association today. Reach out, introduce yourself, and ask how you can be a part of the team. Join them, and together, let’s build the grassroots organisation required to bring common sense and freedom back to our nation.

PS: We are preparing our internet communications, emails, social media, etc, for the next election campaign. Please visit the My Account page on the national website to update your PPC Member Profile.
